At Creative Temple, each canvas print is created with care to bring original artwork into your space. Our canvas prints are produced on demand through professional printing and fulfillment partners.

We want every customer to receive artwork that meets our quality standards. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Made-to-Order Artwork

Our canvas prints are produced specifically for each order.

Because these products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Changes of mind or personal preference

• Incorrect sizes selected during checkout

• Accidental orders

• Requests to exchange an undamaged product for another design or size

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Email: marcos@marcosconde.net

Please include:

• Your name and order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

• Photographs of the packaging, if relevant

We will review your request and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Replacements and Refunds

If we confirm that your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Returns

Please contact us before returning any product.

In many cases, damaged or defective products can be resolved using photographs without requiring a physical return.

If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the situation with our fulfillment and shipping partners to determine the appropriate resolution.
