Creative Temple is an independent art and design brand offering original artwork, canvas reproductions, and creative products.
Our artwork explores creativity, symbolism, personal expression, and the relationship between art and human experience.
2. Products and Artwork
Creative Temple offers artwork and products designed by independent artist Marcos Conde.
Some products, including canvas prints, are produced on demand through third-party printing and fulfillment partners such as Printful.
We strive to accurately represent our products through descriptions, photographs, and digital previews.
However, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, and materials.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.
Payments must be completed through the payment methods available on our website.
After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation when the transaction is successfully processed.
Creative Temple reserves the right to cancel or decline orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or other legitimate operational concerns. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will issue a refund.
4. Production and Shipping
Certain products are created specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment provider.
Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. Customers will be informed of significant delays when reasonably possible.

5. Returns and Refunds
Because many Creative Temple products are made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences.

Purchasing an original artwork or reproduction does not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights to the purchaser.

7. Personal and Commercial Use
Artwork purchased through Creative Temple is intended for personal display, decoration, or other lawful uses consistent with the product purchased.
Commercial reproduction, resale of unauthorized copies, or use of artwork in merchandise, advertising, or branding requires written authorization from the copyright owner.
